We are looking for a highly skilled Automotive Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in BMS (Battery Management Systems) and EV Charging domain to join our Validation \& Verification team.

🔴 Mandatory Skills

🔧 Key Skills \& Expertise

• Hands-on proficiency with Tracertronic ECU-TEST: test package design, tool connections, Python scripting, ATX reporting, and CI integration

• Strong Python 3\.x programming skills — object-oriented design, modular architecture, unit testing (pytest), and packaging

• Experience writing Python scripts for HiL bench control, CAN message parsing, test data generation, and automated reporting

• Expert-level proficiency with Vector CANoe for bus simulation, test module development, and CAPL scripting

• Hands-on experience with Vector EVSE Toolkit for AC/DC charging station simulation (IEC 61851, ISO 15118, DIN SPEC 70121)

• Familiarity with HiL tools (dSPACE, Vector VT System, NI PXI, or equivalent)

• Proven expertise in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) — writing Gherkin Test Cases and driving test generation from requirements

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design \& develop test automation frameworks for BMS and EV Charging systems

• Work on HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) environments for ECU validation

• Implement BDD using Gherkin-based test scenarios

• Develop Python-based automation scripts for execution and reporting

• Integrate ECU-TEST, CANoe, NI VeriStand for end-to-end automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)

⚡ Domain Expertise

• BMS functionalities (SoC, SoH, balancing, protection logic)

• EV Charging systems (AC/DC, OBC, CCU, ISO standards)

• HiL-based ECU validation \& automation
