Director of Product Delivery - Cash Automation

Lead execution of cash automation product roadmap, translating strategies into reliable delivery plans for physical retail banking solutions. Requires proven project/programme management, cross-functional coordination, and high-quality delivery in fast-paced hardware/software environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product initiatives with alignment to business goals, timelines, scope, and quality.
• Establish delivery frameworks, governance, and best practices across cash recycling product lines.
• Create cross-functional plans covering scheduling, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate engineering, hardware, design, operations, and commercial teams throughout lifecycle.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8\+ years delivering complex software/hardware products; 3\+ years leadership.
• Retail banking automation (physical) experience - POS integrations, cash handling/recycling.
• Data-driven with delivery reporting proficiency.

Desirable

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, CSPO.
• Cash management solutions experience.
• AI/IoT/cloud platforms familiarity.

Desired Skills and Experience

8\+ years delivering complex software/hardware-integrated products with 3\+ years leadership

Proven track record in retail front-end tech essential (POS, C-Store, inventory systems)

Experience managing global cross-functional delivery teams and multi-product portfolios

Strong programme management: planning, dependency/risk management, release readiness

Cash management solutions (desirable): high-volume payments, chargebacks, tokenization

Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, CSPO, SAFe; familiarity with AI/IoT/cloud platforms
