Seeking an experienced

Mill Shop Carpenter

for historic restoration projects.

Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components using hand and power tools, restoring historic elements such as doors, windows, cornices, and trim, and fabricating custom millwork.

Must install hardware, verify structural integrity, perform dutchman repairs, and construct forms and chutes.

Work involves erecting scaffolding, working in elevated conditions, and performing physically demanding tasks like lifting up to 80 lbs.

Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years' carpentry experience, ability to read plans and work precisely, and own basic carpentry tools.

Preferred Experience With Historic Properties.
