Business Analyst at High Growth Hedge Fund

We are partnered with a high-growth hedge fund that is looking to hire a Business Analyst to join its Operations team. Working closely with senior Operations stakeholders, you will help drive a range of projects and initiatives across the business, ensuring key priorities are delivered effectively and workstreams remain on track.

This is a broad, hands-on role that offers exposure across multiple areas of the firm and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership, and collaborating with different teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of operational and cross-functional projects from planning through to completion
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and key deliverables
• Coordinate meetings and working groups, track actions, and ensure follow-up items are completed
• Partner with teams across Operations, Technology, Trading, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, and external service providers
• Prepare project updates and reporting for senior stakeholders
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers, helping to keep projects moving forward
• Contribute to process improvements and greater operational efficiency across the business

Requirements

• Experience in an operations, business analysis, project coordination, consulting, PMO, or similar rol
• Previous experience supporting projects or delivering business initiative
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a willingness to take ownership.
