Position Overview

-Full-time preferred (4 days/week); part-time considered (3 days/week).

-You will work in a structured, efficient clinic workflow, managing patients in a Workers’ Compensation setting from initial evaluation through follow-up care.

-This role is ideal for someone who enjoys musculoskeletal medicine, functional assessments, and procedural work in a fast-paced but well-supported outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

-Evaluate and manage Workers’ Compensation patients

-Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and neurological examinations

-Determine and document work status, functional limitations, and activity restrictions

-Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR

-Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

-Communicate with employers, case managers, and insurance adjusters as needed

-Perform procedures as appropriate (e.g., joint, bursa, or trigger point injections)

-Travel between clinic locations (Mountain View \& Redwood City)

-Experience with P\&S/PR4/QME reporting is a plus

Qualifications

-MD, DO, PA, or NP with active California medical license (required); if a physician, board-certified or board-eligible in PM\&R, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine or related field

-Strong comfort with musculoskeletal and neurological examinations (required)

-Experience with or interest in procedural medicine/injections (strongly preferred)

-Prior Workers’ Compensation, orthopedics, or sports medicine experience (preferred but not required)

-Professional, efficient, and comfortable in a structured clinical environment

Compensation \& Perks

-Physician: Starting at $160/hour, depending on experience and procedural skillset, with opportunity for increased compensation based on % of collections

-APC: $80–$115/hour, depending on experience and procedural skillset
