Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE \& OBJECTIVE:
- Handle the database of all Vendor Management \& Third-Party arrangements
- Will maintain Vendor Management Tracker and other repositories
- Ensuring adherence to the Outsourcing SOP \& related process of the Bank
- Will be responsible for end-to end management of vendors serving multiple departments
- Development and deployment of various third-party risk related activities.
- Responsible for documenting and tracking Vendor Onboarding – NTB \& ETB Vendors, Vendor Payment Tracker
- Undertaking periodic risk assessment of non-outsourcing vendors
- Provides critical input in new products/processes and any amendments to
- products/processes to highlight any kind of Risk Pertains to Non-Outsourcing Vendor
- Facilitate team to maintain various trackers to ensure “zero” gaps in vendor agreements
- In-depth Gap Assessment \& Analysis of the Trackers maintained
- Review product and process review for availability of controls where vendor with multiple departments involved
- Perform pre-on-boarding risk assessment for “not-outsourcing” arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate/ MBA, preferably in Operations/ Finance/ Risk Management
Experience:
- At least 8-10 years of experience in BFSI Sector - With at least 3\+ years of hands-on experience in Vendor management/ Procurement/ Risk/ Compliance with an RBI Regulated Entity
