The Role

Scout Global are currently partnered with a fast growth AI Security start-up who are looking to expand their technical team. We are looking for

3 x

Technical Partner Architect's focused on

Business Applications

and

Security, Data \& AI Infrastructure.

What You'll do:

Technical Partner Architect: Business Applications

• Own the presence inside the enterprise platforms - Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, Workday, Atlassian. You're the product owner, solutions architect, and builder for this entire vertical.
• Design and build embedded sensors for Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft365, ZendeskAI, WorkdayAI and Atlassian Intelligence.
• Own the AppExchange security review, Microsoft AI Cloud Certification and ServiceNow store listing.
• Join enterprise sales cycles, demo integrations and design the deployment for specific environments.
• Write deployment guides and onboarding runbooks.

Technical Partner Architect: Security, Data \& AI Infrastructure

• Design and build integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Bedrock and SageMaker, Azure OpenAI Service and GCP Vertex AI.
• Own the AWS ISC Accelerate program, Azure Marketplace listing, Google Cloud Marketplace listing, Snowflake Marketplace listing and Databricks Partner connect.
• Join enterprise deals, own the CDO and data platform conversations.
• Build relationships with Snowflakes technology partner team, AWS ISV partner team and Databricks partner ecosystem.
• Own product roadmap for data layer governance.

Who You Are:

Technical Partner Architect: Business Applications

• Have shipped a Salesforce ISV app through AppExchange.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform: Connected Apps, named credentials, platform events, Salesforce security model.
• Have been customer facing.
• Comfortable writing requirements, writing code and writing a deployment guide.
• Familiar with one other domain (ServiceNow, Microsoft, Atlassian)

Technical Partner Architect: Security, Data \& AI Infrastructure

• Have built a product on top of Salesforce, Databricks or Major Cloud AI Service.
• Understand how cloud marketplaces work commercially.
• Can hold technical conversations with VP of Data Engineering or CDO.
• Have shipped integrations against APIs.
• Understand AI/ML infratructure well enough to explain the difference between Bedrock, SafeMaker and Vertex.
