The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth across EOSIS Minnesota programs and EOSIS Utah acquisitions. This role leads the development and execution of content, communications, public relations efforts, and marketing campaigns that support organizational goals while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
This position serves as the primary content strategist and creator for the organization, ensuring that messaging is accurate, engaging, and aligned with both operational priorities and market needs. This includes developing content for digital channels, websites, social media, email campaigns, internal communications, thought leadership initiatives, media relations, and community engagement efforts.
Working closely with intake, clinical, operations, human resources, and business development teams, the Marketing Manager translates organizational priorities into meaningful stories that educate audiences, strengthen relationships, and support census growth.
The Marketing Manager also plays a key role in supporting acquisition integration efforts by helping establish brand consistency, communication strategies, and marketing support for EOSIS Utah programs while maintaining alignment with overall organizational objectives.
In this role you will support Human Resources by reinforcing culture through employee communications, employer branding, and storytelling that reflects organizational values and celebrates employee contributions. Externally, the Marketing Manager helps position EOSIS as a trusted leader through strategic communications, thought leadership, media relations, and community engagement.
Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 Annually

Responsibilities

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.* Support Strategic Marketing Director in all brand, reputation, digital, marketing, event, growth, PR, and marketing initiatives,
- Lead content creation efforts across all marketing channels, including website content, blogs, newsletters, patient stories, provider communications, social media, videos, advertising copy, and thought leadership pieces.
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that support organizational priorities, program launches, acquisitions, service line expansions, and community engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary writer and editor for organizational communications, ensuring consistency in messaging, brand voice, tone, and quality across all materials.
- Coordinate and execute public relations activities, including media outreach, press releases, media inquiries, award submissions, speaking opportunities, and reputation management initiatives
- Manage social media strategy and content calendars, including monitoring engagement, responding appropriately to inquiries, and identifying opportunities to increase audience reach and engagement.
- Support EOSIS Minnesota programs and EOSIS Utah acquisitions through localized marketing initiatives, content development, campaign execution, and community visibility efforts.
- Partner with business development teams to create collateral, presentations, event materials, referral partner communications, and promotional campaigns that support outreach efforts.
- Assist with website management, search engine optimization initiatives, directory management, and digital content updates.
- Monitor and report on content performance, communication effectiveness, media coverage, website engagement, and social media metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support event planning, conference participation, continuing education events, open houses, webinars, and community outreach activities.
- Ensure confidentiality regarding all organizational business, clients, patients, and treatment per HIPAA guidelines.
Skills \& Qualifications

Required:* 5\+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, content marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience developing content across multiple channels and audiences.
- Knowledge and understanding of addiction treatment, behavioral health, healthcare, or related industries preferred.
- Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and digital communications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Comfort with technology, project management, and problem solving.
