Role Description

This is a full-time Kent workshop and on site role located in the Southeast/Kent/London for a Qualified Joiner. The Joiner will be responsible for executing a variety of woodworking and joinery tasks, including carpentry, framing, and finish carpentry. The role involves working with both hand and power tools, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications. The Joiner will contribute to restoration efforts and the creation of high-quality bespoke products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniques
• 3 years experience in workshop joinery preferred
• Experience working with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Skill in Framing for both structural and decorative purposes
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge or experience in conservation practices is an advantage
• Proactive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in joinery or carpentry
