We’re working with a heavily backed, AI-native FinTech rebuilding wealth management around AI and autonomous agents.

They’re looking for a

Platform-focused MTS

to become one of the first dedicated infrastructure hires, owning the foundations that their engineering team and AI agents run on.

What You’ll Be Doing 👇

• Own and evolve core platform infrastructure and backend systems
• Build secure execution environments for AI agents operating on sensitive financial data
• Improve developer tooling, deployment automation and engineering workflows
• Design highly reliable systems for a regulated, high-stakes environment
• Optimise infrastructure for performance, scalability and cost
• Help define platform architecture and engineering standards as the business scales

What They’re Looking For 🧠

• Strong backend / platform / infrastructure engineering background
• Experience building internal platforms or developer tooling
• Strong cloud, containers and deployment automation experience
• Excellent distributed systems and backend architecture knowledge
• Experience with sandboxing, isolation or secure execution environments
• Exposure to AI/LLM infrastructure highly desirable
• Startup/scale-up experience where you’ve owned systems end-to-end
