Media Specialist (Real Estate Photographer – People‑First Field Role)

• Have experience in a customer‑facing role (restaurant, retail, hospitality, teaching, healthcare, etc.)
• Enjoy talking with people all day and making them feel comfortable
• Are coachable and open to feedback
• Can commit to at least 3 weekdays per week, generally between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (hours vary by bookings)

About Property Marketing Media

We’re a real estate media company serving the Triad, NC. We help agents win more listings and stand out online with professional photos, video, 3D tours, and more. We handle the clients, editing, and scheduling. You focus on taking great care of people on site.

What You’ll Do

• Drive to homes across the Triad for scheduled shoots
• Greet agents and homeowners, walk them through what to expect
• Make people feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of
• Follow our simple shot checklist for photos / video / 3D tours
• Upload files after each shoot using our systems

We provide the gear and train you on everything.

• Have strong customer service experience and actual stories of helping upset or anxious customers

This Role Is NOT For You If You…

• Have little or no customer‑facing experience
• Get easily stressed dealing with people or problem‑solving on site
• Don’t like feedback, coaching, or following checklists
• Need full‑time, guaranteed hours right away
• Can’t commit to 3\+ weekdays of availability between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Live in the Triad, NC area
• Available most weekdays between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., minimum 3 days/week
• Reliable 2015 or newer vehicle, valid driver’s license \& insurance
• iPhone 14 Pro or newer (or willing to upgrade within 30 days)
• Business‑casual appearance on site
• Fast home internet for uploading files
• Able to pass a background check
• Willing to sign a standard non‑solicitation agreement
• Drone (Part 107) is a plus; we’ll help you get certified after you’ve proven reliable

Pay \& Schedule

• Pay: $20\.00 – $30\.00 per hour equivalent, paid per shoot (varies by shoot type and volume)
• Schedule: Part‑time, as‑needed. Hours vary week to week based on bookings. Mostly weekday, daytime work with occasional twilight.

Pay: $20\.00 - $30\.00 per hour
