Job Description
Braun Management specializes in solving internal organizational friction for companies that have reached structural deadlocks. We help leadership teams address underperformance and clarify decision rights through evidence-backed analysis and rigorous structural reviews.
The Graduate Frontend Developer role is essential for our technical support team as we assist a South African client that manages substantial and diverse asset portfolios. In this position, you will help build and refine the digital interfaces that visualize complex organizational data, making structural truths accessible to executive leadership. This is a fully remote role that requires a blend of technical capability and an interest in how large business systems are organized and displayed.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks to present complex reporting data.
- Translate structural analysis and data sets into clear, functional visual tools for client review.
- Collaborate with our senior analysts to ensure that frontend components accurately reflect the decision rights and accountability structures of our clients.
- Support the creation of modular code components that can be reused across various reporting dashboards.
- Perform regular testing and debugging to ensure a consistent experience for consultants and client stakeholders.
- Document technical specifications and frontend architecture to maintain clarity within our remote team.
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to our standards for precision and maintainability.
- Assist in updating existing client interfaces as their organizational structures and governance models evolve.
What we are looking for
- A recent degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript libraries along with high proficiency in CSS and HTML.
- A genuine interest in complex business systems and the unglamorous but necessary work of structural consulting.
- Careful attention to detail in both writing code and designing user interface layouts.
- Excellent written communication skills, which are vital for our documentation-focused remote culture.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule without constant supervision.
- A disciplined approach to technical problem solving and a willingness to verify requirements before implementation.
- Comfort working in a fully remote setting where most communication is conducted asynchronously.
How we work
We operate as a fully remote team that values deep work and observational rigor over constant meetings or office culture. Our process relies heavily on written documentation and clear, evidence-backed arguments rather than flashy presentations. Because our clients depend on us to identify difficult truths, every member of our team must prioritize precision and clarity in their output. This environment rewards those who are self-directed and who appreciate the importance of structured, quiet work in achieving meaningful organizational changes.
What we offer
- A permanent, full-time position that is entirely remote.
- The chance to work on high-stakes consulting projects for significant international clients.
- Competitive pay that is attractive for the graduate market and reflects the professional expectations of the role.
- A working environment that respects your time and prioritizes clear, written communication over interruptions.
- Exposure to complex organizational problems and the methods used to solve them at an executive level.
- Professional development through direct collaboration with experienced analysts and technical leads.
This role provides a foundational step into a professional career where technical development meets high-level organizational analysis. By joining Braun Management, you become part of a team that helps organizations move past friction to find a clear path forward. Your contributions to our South African client project will ensure that leadership teams have the visual clarity they need to address structural challenges and improve overall accountability.
