Purchase Specialist

We are looking for Purchase \& Procurement Specialists who can independently manage supplier sourcing and procurement, vendor relationships, commercial negotiations, and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
• Search for products through Alibaba, 1688, Made-in-China, IndiaMART, and other B2B platforms.
• Compare supplier quotations, pricing, MOQ, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation and production.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams.
• Resolve supplier-related pricing, quality, quantity, and delivery issues.
• Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs and improve margins.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Strong supplier negotiation skills.
• Experience with B2B sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of procurement processes.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Ability to compare quotations and evaluate suppliers.
• Experience with China sourcing/import procurement will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete procurement cycle:
• Supplier Sourcing → Quotation Comparison → Negotiation → Purchase Order → Supplier Coordination → Shipment Tracking → Delivery
• Candidates who have personally negotiated with suppliers and finalized commercial terms will be preferred.
