Inside Sales Representative | Work From Home

About the role

REM Waste is a UK-based waste management company working with 750\+ suppliers nationwide. We’re growing our remote sales team and hiring Inbound Sales Closers to handle warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling, no prospecting. Your only job is to take the call and close it.

This role is built for someone who thrives on volume, owns their numbers, and doesn’t need a sales floor to perform.

What you’ll do

• Take inbound calls from prospects who are ready to buy
• Build rapport fast and guide them to a decision

on the call

• Handle objections and close consistently
• Hit weekly and monthly targets without being chased
• Keep your pipeline and activity logs accurate in our CRM

Who you are

• 3\+ years in telesales, contact-centre sales, or phone-based closing
• You close — not just handle. There’s a difference and you know it
• You work well independently with no floor supervision
• You know your conversion rate, your average call time, and your numbers
• Rejection doesn’t slow you down — it sharpens you

This role is not for you if:

• You’ve only done account management or renewals
• You need someone checking in daily to keep you on track
• You’ve never closed on a first call

Logistics

• Hours:

Full-time, 5-day working week on a Monday–Saturday rota, 08:00–17:00 BST

• Working arrangement:

You will work as a freelance contractor on a UK contract, work remotely from a suitable quite workstation. You invoice monthly for your full basic \+ commission, we pay monthly into your bank account. You will need a computer to work on, no more than 2 years old with minimum of 8 GB RAM so you can run our call software on your machine so calls don’t drop, call-centre style headset (with mic), dedicated fibre broadband

Fluent, clear spoken English; UK-market phone experience preferred
