Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a full-time, remote

Scrum Master \& Technical Project Manager

with 3\+ years of experience to lead agile ceremonies, drive sprint execution, and coordinate delivery across engineering, data, and product teams. Cart is a fast-growing software and services provider for e-commerce brands selling through DTC \& Marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart.

Required Experience

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• 3\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or similar delivery role
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools (Linear, Asana, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills with a bias toward documentation and clarity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment

Preferred Experience

• Technical background or hands-on experience with software and/or data engineering teams
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards, data pipelines, or e-commerce data
• Experience coordinating client onboarding/offboarding workflows, PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification
• Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment
