About Lifebridge
Lifebridge is a growing surrogacy agency supporting intended parents and surrogates through the full surrogacy journey. We are building a high-touch, reliable, and emotionally supportive service experience for families navigating one of the most important journeys of their lives.
We are looking for an IP Manager / Intended Parent Coordinator to join our team and support intended parents through matching, clinic review, legal, medical, and case coordination stages.
Industry experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Position Overview
The IP Manager will be responsible for communicating with intended parents, coordinating internal teams, following up with clinics and partners, and making sure each case moves forward smoothly.
This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Surrogacy is a high-touch, high-stakes service. Clients may feel anxious, emotional, or uncertain during the process. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate clearly, respond professionally, and help clients feel supported and informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main communication point for intended parents during assigned stages of the surrogacy journey.
- Provide timely updates to intended parents and partner channels.
- Coordinate with internal team members, including matching, surrogate coordination, medical, insurance, finance, and operations.
- Follow up with fertility clinics, attorneys, insurance partners, and other external parties as needed.
- Help prepare and submit surrogate medical records or case documents to clinics.
- Track case progress, next steps, deadlines, and outstanding items.
- Identify potential case delays or client concerns early and escalate when necessary.
- Support match calls, clinic review updates, legal progress, transfer preparation, and ongoing case communication.
- Maintain accurate case notes and communication records.
- Help ensure intended parents receive a professional, warm, and reliable client experience.
QualificationsRequired
- Prefer Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent client service mindset.
- Strong emotional stability and ability to handle pressure.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to follow up consistently and manage multiple cases at the same time.
- Comfortable communicating with clients during stressful or emotional situations.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience in customer service, case management, healthcare coordination, fertility, legal, immigration, education consulting, or high-end client service.
- Experience working with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Familiarity with surrogacy, IVF, fertility clinics, or medical coordination.
- Experience using Lark, Google Workspace, CRM, or case tracking systems.

Compensation
This position offers a base salary \+ performance-based bonus structure.
Compensation will be based on experience, language ability, communication skills, and overall fit. Bonus opportunities are tied to performance, case progress, client communication quality, and team contribution.
Pay: $75,000\.00 - $96,000\.00 per year
