Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Specialist - UX Researcher located in Munich. The Research Specialist will be responsible for conducting user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. They will apply design thinking methodologies, gather user feedback, and provide actionable insights to enhance the user experience. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to inform design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human-Computer Interaction and User Experience (UX) Research
• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and practices
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights
• Experience conducting User Research to understand customer needs and behaviors
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a relevant discipline
• Proficient communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with UX tools and software is advantageous
