Registered Nurse: Call Center

OpenLoop is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our remote team to support our Call Center. This role will be a member of the Nursing Team, collaborating closely with our Nurse Manager and RN Team Leads.

About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• This position will support our inbound call center.
• Occasionally will conduct outbound calls.
• Your role will involve assessing patient needs, offering medical advice, coordinating care plans, ensuring optimal health outcomes, and providing an outstanding patient experience.
• Provide medication administration support, recommendations for managing side effects from medications, and care plan support.
• Engage with patients in a courteous and empathetic manner, demonstrating sensitivity to their healthcare needs and concerns.
• Complete detailed documentation of patient care interactions in the ticketing system and electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, clinical leaders and other team members to follow up on any issues or discrepancies identified during care interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay updated on OpenLoop Health process, healthcare regulations, and best practices.
• Meet productivity targets and quality standards established by the organization.
• Complete additional project work as assigned to support continuous improvement of team operations and patient experience.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have Active and Unencumbered compact licensure in good standing along with the eligibility to obtain 50 state licensure. At minimum, RN must have an active compact license. This license MUST be reflected on a current CV or provided upon application to be considered.
• Must live in the state in which the Compact was granted to be considered
• Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.
• At least 5\+ years of clinical experience in settings such as telemedicine, acute care, critical care, or primary care.
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care through strong communication, empathy, and effective patient education.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality.
• Above average proficiency in using technology, telecommunication technology, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong preference for experience with Google Suite and Slack.
• Excellent skills in troubleshooting technical concerns and guiding others on use of technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Full-time scheduled role, requiring availability to work extended hours including certain weekends and holidays.
• Timely and professional.
• Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred
• GLP-1 experience preferred
