Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – In-Home & Community Based

Lagniappe Pediatrics Rehab \& Therapy is looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing, kid-centered team. We serve families across the New Orleans and Baton Rouge metro areas with therapy that’s playful, practical, and life-changing.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, feeding, and social communication challenges.
• Create individualized therapy plans that fit each child’s needs and family routines.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, BCBAs, and psychologists for whole-child care.
• Coach families to support carryover at home and in the community.

Must have:

• Louisiana SLP license
• Pediatric experience and a love for play-based therapy.
• Willingness to travel locally to homes and schools.
