Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lakewood, NJ, for a Social Media Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Candy In Bulk’s social media presence, creating and executing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and engaging with the online community to drive brand growth and awareness. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize social media performance
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging campaigns
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms for a business is a plus
