Job Description
RETS on behalf of our client, a leading global real estate investment manager, is seeking a CRE
Investment Analyst
in
San Francisco
to provide analytical support to the CRE Investments team across acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence for commercial real estate investments.
Seeking candidates who have 1–2 years of direct real estate investment modeling experience (acquisitions, investment sales, REPE, or advisory).
Responsibilities:
- Build and analyze financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
- Prepare cash flows and assess returns across acquisitions and developments
- Assist in developing investment memoranda for Investment Committee review
- Conduct market research, lease analysis, and financial analysis to support underwriting
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of direct real estate investment modeling
experience (acquisitions, investment sales, REPE, or advisory) in Excel and Argus
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or a related field required
Prior commercial real estate transaction experience required
Compensation:
Base in the lower 100s plus 50-100% bonus, commensurate with experience
