Senior Accountant
to support their growing and complex financial operations. This is a high-visibility role with meaningful exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and real opportunities for professional growth. This position is hybrid in East LA.
Key Responsibilities
- Close Process \& Reporting:
Support and continuously improve the month-end close process across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Reconciliations:
Complete balance sheet and P\&L account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation at every level.
- Financial Statement Preparation:
Assist in preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules across a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
- Financial Analysis \& Business Support:
Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor spend, analyze trends, and deliver insights that support sound business decision-making.
- AP Collaboration: Partner closely with the accounts payable team to ensure accuracy across invoices, payments, and accruals.
- Audit \& Compliance Support:
Assist with audit preparation, internal controls, and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to financial and regulatory standards.
- Process Improvement \& Systems:
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance reporting, automation, and scalability across the accounting function.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
3\+ years of accounting experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment. Healthcare industry experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Technical Skills:
Strong Excel capabilities and comfort working with AI tools. Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks a plus. CPA or progress toward one strongly preferred.
