Engineering Manager

A growing manufacturer is seeking a hands-on

Engineering Manager

to lead engineering operations and partner closely with manufacturing leadership to drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and product quality. This role is highly visible on the production floor and offers the opportunity to lead engineering and design teams while supporting continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering and design teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with production, quality, and supply chain to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and Design for Manufacturing initiatives.
• Oversee engineering documentation, BOMs, revision control, and engineering change processes.
• Support new product development and ensure products are manufacturable and cost-effective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7\+ years of engineering leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in custom or engineer-to-order manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, CAD, and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
