Job Description
Business Analyst
We are looking for a skilled
Business Analyst
to support the Organizational Excellence team by translating business requirements into functional solutions, analyzing data, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and support solution design.
- Analyze business and operational data using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform.
- Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement digital solutions.
- Support system testing (UAT) and solution validation.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy, data governance, and cybersecurity standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of software architecture, system integration, and data governance.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Cement, or Heavy Industry is preferred.
