Responsibilities
- Update and cleanse price lists on real time basis. SAP codes/description to be updated/cleansed.
- Solicit Quotation from suppliers and prepare bid comparison for approval.
- Lead dispute resolution regarding material supply, quality issues, invoice and payment issues
- Prepare monthly supplier score card for quality and delivery vs. plan. Share benchmarking against industry / market standards.
- Support in developing new suppliers.
- Represent GP with Marketing/Sales/Supply Chain for all innovation and productivity projects.
- Support Category negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Create and Maintain SAP contracts.
- Tracking, Reporting and uploading monthly productivity projects in relevant tool.
- Evaluate \& evolve sourcing strategy based on changing market conditions and provide inputs during strategic sourcing activities, including internal and external analysis and negotiations.
- Keep close tracking of productivity pipeline to cover any risks to the plan.
- Support commodity reporting; maintain price \& inflation/deflation database including internal and external data.
- Supplier liaison for supplier quality assurance program
- Support the preparation and submission of Procurement Quarterly submissions, Annual Operating Plans and PepsiCo Strategic Plan (PSP).
- Support developing reports, analysis for Corrugate and other packaging.
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in direct category Sourcing (Preferred experience in Corrugates \& Flexible packaging) in FMCG.
- Excellent communication \& interpersonal skills.
- High financial acumen.
- Comprehensive experience with data analysis using tools like Excel, Access \& SAP.
- Initiative-taking and ability to manage multiple assignments.
