We’re looking for skilled Residential Service Electricians with 3 to 4 years of residential electrical service experience who are comfortable performing both service work and installations. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations.
• Diagnose electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Install and repair electrical panels, wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, and other residential electrical components.
• Complete electrical installations safely, efficiently, and according to applicable codes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems in residential homes.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain electrical issues and recommended solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete job documentation and service notes accurately.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide a professional customer experience on every call.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of residential electrical experience required.
• Experience with both residential service and installation work.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems, wiring, and components.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screening.
