Application Analyst

The Application Analyst plays a vital role within the Longevity Health IT team. This position supports the development, optimization, and maintenance of our clinical and operational application systems—including our EMR—and ensures users across the organization have the tools and support they need.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze workflows, develop system configurations, support troubleshooting efforts, and assist in implementing enhancements. The ideal candidate is analytical, communicative, customer-focused, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clinical, operational, and IT teams in developing, maintaining, testing, and optimizing electronic systems.
• Identify and assess new clinical and operational application needs; assist with project management and implementation.
• Translate user requests and optimization goals into actionable system changes.
• Perform in-depth workflow and data analysis.
• Provide second-level support for application-related IT issues.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding in clinical and operational applications.
• Create system documentation, training guides, and other educational materials.
• Train IT support staff on application functionality and troubleshooting.
• Test updates, releases, and new system features to ensure smooth implementation.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in change management processes.
• Provide on-call support for primary data systems during major outages (24x7x365 rotation).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education \& Training

• Associate’s degree or certification required.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting clinical and/or operational application systems.
• Minimum 2 years in a clinical or insurance setting required.
• Experience in SNF or post-acute care strongly preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA preferred.

Fully remote role; must have a quiet, secure workspace.

Some after-hours work may be required for projects or support needs.
