Pay: $45–$50/hour \+ Overtime

Henpen Consultants is recruiting an experienced Industrial Electrician for a confidential manufacturing company. This hands-on role supports electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues affecting production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document repairs.
• Install and maintain wiring, conduit, motors, drives, and controls.
• Read electrical schematics and interpret PLC ladder logic.
• Troubleshoot electrical distribution systems and switchgear.
• Follow applicable electrical codes and plant safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician certification OR 10\+ years of verified industrial electrician experience.
• Experience with motors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, and HMI systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use electrical diagnostic instruments.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code and applicable local codes.
• High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work at heights and perform required lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.

$45–$50/hour, based on experience, with overtime after 40 hours. No sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
