Job Description

Senior SDR / SDR – High-Growth SaaS \| Remote (East Coast US) \| Strong Progression

I’m currently working with a

fast-growing B2B SaaS company

that’s scaling their commercial team and looking to bring in a

Sales Development Representative or Senior SDR

to help drive new pipeline.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys

opening doors, starting conversations and building relationships with senior decision-makers

, while also having a clear path to

Account Executive or senior commercial roles

as the company grows.

The business is well funded, expanding internationally, and has strong momentum in the market. They’re now investing heavily in their outbound function.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities for the sales team through

targeted outbound prospecting and strategic outreach

.

Day-to-day you'll be:

  • Prospecting into

mid-market and enterprise accounts

  • Identifying and engaging

senior decision-makers

  • Running

multi-channel outbound campaigns

(LinkedIn, email, phone)

  • Booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Building and managing your own

pipeline of prospects

  • Working closely with marketing and sales leadership on outreach strategy
  • Maintaining accurate activity within the CRM

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in an

SDR / BDR role

within B2B tech or SaaS

  • Comfortable with

outbound prospecting and cold outreach

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Curious, proactive, and resilient mindset
  • Someone who enjoys

building pipeline and opening opportunities

  • Ambition to grow into

more senior commercial roles
