Role Description

This full-time remote Director of Product Management – AI \& Analytics role is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI- and analytics-focused solutions. The director will lead cross-functional teams to translate market needs and customer insights into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs, working closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams.

  • Daily responsibilities include analyzing product performance and user data, identifying opportunities for innovation, and making data-informed decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
  • The role will oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and concept validation through launch, iteration, and scaling, ensuring that releases meet quality, compliance, and business objectives.
  • Efforts include Go-to- Market planning in collaboration with Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing and Client Management and continues through product development, quality assurance and release readiness processes.
  • The Product Director is viewed as a “Thought Leader” and “Subject Matter Expert” which includes responding to market trends, presenting at key events, authoring blogs, white papers and articles as needed.
  • The director will also mentor and guide product managers, foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, and regularly communicate product plans, progress, and results to executive stakeholders and clients.
  • This role is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for all activities being executed by their cross-functional product team as it relates to all phases of the product delivery lifecycle.
  • User Conference content and participation.

Education or Prior Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant area. Advanced degree beneficial but not required. Preferable areas of academic focus include MIS, IT management, business management.
  • Requires \+10 years of experience relevant to the P\&L in product management, specific relevant professional service industry experience that includes strategic and tactical leadership responsibilities.
  • Technical understanding of big data architectural patterns, Machine Learning algorithms and Large Learning Models. Preferrable experience in data platforms such as Data Bricks and Microsoft Fabric.
