About the Role
Systems Limited – Middle East \& Africa (Techvista)
is seeking an experienced
Business Process Analyst
to support the analysis, design, and optimization of the digital operating model. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, driving process improvements, and enabling operational excellence across digital teams. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance processes, toolchains, and ways of working in alignment with lean and agile principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the current digital operating model to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives aligned with the digital operating model
- Maintain a repository of roles, processes, and toolchains across the digital operating model
- Conduct data collection, root cause analysis, and performance measurements to assess operating model effectiveness
- Develop and deploy best practices, standards, and process documentation to support continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements
- Drive lean methodologies, agile practices, and continuous improvement programs
- Organize and facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams
Required Competencies and Experience \& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certification in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher) is preferred
- 4–8 years of experience in business process analysis, operational excellence, or process improvement roles
- Strong understanding of process mapping, analysis, and optimization techniques
- Experience with lean, agile, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an added advantage
