About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing IT team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders and developers to turn ideas into clear, actionable requirements that drive real business impact.

What You’ll Do
- Work with business and technical teams to gather and define requirements
- Turn business needs into clear documentation (user stories, process flows, use cases, etc.)
- Act as the go-between for stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment
- Support testing efforts to make sure solutions meet expectations
- Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Help spot risks early and support solutions to address them
What You Bring
- 3\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Strong experience creating both technical and functional documentation
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex ideas in a simple way
- Familiarity with document generation tools (XML is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal, mortgage, or financial services industries
- Exposure to SQL and/or SSRS
- Previous experience working in Agile teams
