Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to play a hands‑on role in delivering change activities across a SuccessFactors program of work. In this role, you will support the successful adoption of change by ensuring updates are clearly communicated, understood, and embedded across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct stakeholder mapping and develop targeted stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Develop change, communication, knowledge (including SOPs), and training materials
• Facilitate reviews of change, communication, knowledge, and training artefacts
• Develop and maintain the SuccessFactors Support Hub on SharePoint
• Develop and implement training logistics plans
• Support business engagement and change activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and assisting with engagement sessions.
• Monitor and report on change readiness, providing insights into adoption and readiness progress

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a Change Analyst or Change Support role within complex programs
• Hands‑on experience supporting SuccessFactors implementations or enhancements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience developing change, communications, and training materials
• Working knowledge of Enable Now (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with SharePoint and maintaining knowledge hubs
