Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Solutions Architect
with strong experience in designing scalable E-commerce platforms and a background in Data Science. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy, data-driven insights, and enterprise architecture to design intelligent, high-performance digital commerce ecosystems. This role requires a blend of architecture leadership, analytics thinking, and hands-on technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end scalable and secure E-commerce architectures across web, mobile, and omnichannel platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Leverage Data Science expertise to integrate AI/ML-driven capabilities such as personalization, recommendation engines, demand forecasting, fraud detection, and pricing optimization.
- Architect cloud-native and microservices-based solutions across AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Define system integrations across ERP, CRM, payment gateways, OMS, CMS, and third-party platforms.
- Provide technical leadership across engineering, product, and analytics teams.
- Establish data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time analytics frameworks to support E-commerce intelligence.
- Ensure high availability, performance optimization, scalability, and security compliance.
- Lead architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technology evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- 10\+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4–5 years in a Solutions Architect role.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale E-commerce platforms (B2B/B2C/Marketplace).
- Past or present hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in advanced analytics roles.
- Strong understanding of:
- Machine Learning lifecycle (model training, deployment, monitoring)
- Data engineering and ETL pipelines
- Real-time data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Expertise in microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), data warehousing, and big data frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
