Job Description
The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing Division wide centralized data. This role will build reliable dashboards and validate/clean the data to ensure accurate insights are available for team members and leaders. The role will drive data into actionable business insights.
Core Responsibilities
- Data Collection \& Preparation
- Collect data from systems (ERP, production, quality, finance, HR)
- Clean and validate data for accuracy and consistency
- Analysis \& Insight Generation
- Identify trends, patterns, and root causes (e.g., scrap, downtime, turnover)
- Use statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data
- Reporting \& Visualization
- Build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Translate complex data into clear, simple insights for leaders
- Business Partnering
- Work with operations, finance, HR, and engineering
- Define KPIs and measure performance against business goals
- Decision Support
- Provide recommendations to improve:
