Senior HRIS Analyst
Salary

Downtown Chicago - Full Onsite - Hybrid after a time. 3 Days on-site
Position Overview
The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This position will focus on data analysis, reporting, and ensuring that HR processes are effectively supported through technology. The analyst will collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system improvements and enhance user training, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making
- Develop and generate reports to track HR metrics and trends
- Support HR processes by optimizing system functionality
- Lead system implementation projects and coordinate with stakeholders
- Manage data migration processes during system upgrades
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance HRIS usage
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in HRIS operations
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to HRIS processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- 5\+ years of experience in HRIS analysis or a similar role
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency in SQL and data migration techniques
- Experience with HR processes and system implementation
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Excellent user training and communication abilities
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in HR
- Ability to create clear technical documentation
