Role Overview
We are supporting a large-scale ESG reporting programme within Finance. The Business Analyst will focus on
end-to-end process mapping and transformation
, working closely with both business stakeholders and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping
across ESG reporting workflows
- Facilitate workshops with business, operations, and technology stakeholders
- Act as a
bridge between business and IT
, translating requirements into clear deliverables
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Produce high-quality documentation (process flows, requirements, impact analysis)
- Support implementation and ensure alignment with programme objectives
Key Requirements
- 5–8\+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong hands-on experience in
process mapping / process re-engineering
- Proven ability to work between
business users and IT teams
- Experience in
banking / financial services environment
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, BPMN, or similar
