Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Inside Sales Executive
to support our business growth in the
US geography (Night shift)
. The role involves lead generation, outreach to prospects via emails and calls, qualifying opportunities, and setting up meetings for the field sales or business development team. The candidate should be familiar with B2B sales practices, preferably in IT / digital services / SaaS space, and understand the nuances of the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers in the
North America \& Canada market
through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Qualify leads using BANT or similar frameworks and schedule discovery/demos with senior sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads, accounts, and activities
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to develop account-based outreach strategies
- Research target accounts and map stakeholders to personalize outreach
- Meet or exceed KPIs around outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market intelligence relevant to the US region
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience in B2B (preferably IT / SaaS / Consulting)
- Prior experience with
US markets
is a strong plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a neutral/global accent preferred
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and prospecting platforms (ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.)
- Comfortable working in
US time zone (Night Shift)

- Experience in lead nurturing and outbound campaign management
- Exposure to Account-Based Marketing or Sales (ABM/ABS)
