🚀 Channel Partnerships Manager — Build the Channel. Own the Results.

Onfloor Technologies \| Remote (Austin TX or Bergen County NJ preferred) \| Full-Time \| $50K–$60K base \+ commission \| OTE \~$100K

The Opportunity

This is a build role. We have 5 qualified training partners and 10 more in the pipeline. Your job is to close the deals coming out of those trainings, sign new partners, and build the systems that make this the fastest-growing channel in the company.

The playbook doesn't exist yet. You're going to write it.

What You'll Do

→ Close equipment deals ($8K–$15K average) sourced through training partners — target: 1\+ deal per active training per month

→ Attend 1–2 partner training events per month to build relationships and close on-site

→ Prospect and sign new coating schools and trade programs as Onfloor training partners → Onboard new partners end-to-end: co-branded landing pages, equipment packages, DocuSign agreements, and marketing materials

→ Build repeatable partner onboarding systems — automations, templates, playbooks — so scaling from 5 to 25 partners doesn't require 5x the effort

→ Own HubSpot pipeline management. Accurate forecasting, clean data, no babysitting required.

What We're Looking For

✔ 2\+ years in channel sales, partner management, or business development where you both sold AND built the program

✔ You've closed $5K–$20K deals. You're comfortable on the phone, on-site at events, and in a prospect's inbox.

✔ You're organized and self-directed. This is a remote role with 50% travel. Nobody manages your calendar.

✔ You're comfortable in a small company where you wear multiple hats and build systems that don't exist yet.

What We're NOT Looking For

✗ Someone who needs a playbook handed to them

✗ Someone who only wants to sell — you'll also build partner onboarding materials, set up workflows, and improve the program over time

✗ Someone who needs constant direction. You'll have support and clear goals, but you need to figure out how to hit them.
