We are seeking skilled Welders to join our Sheet Metal Shop, specializing in steel and aluminum welding and fabrication to produce high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to execute welding tasks accurately
- Perform MIG welding, primarily on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel sheet metal components
- Utilize grinders to smooth welds and remove excess material or spatter, ensuring precision and quality
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIG welding
- Strong ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges
- Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing setting
