Job Description

FGC is seeking an experienced

Logistics Manager

to oversee

international inbound logistics operations

for the System Integration division.

The role will be responsible for managing import shipments, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders, overseeing customs clearance processes, and ensuring compliance with Saudi import regulations. The Logistics Manager will also supervise logistics coordinators and ensure efficient delivery of materials to the company warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Import Logistics Management

  • Manage inbound international shipments for various divisions and mainly for System Integration projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely shipment execution.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and ensure materials are delivered to the warehouse on time.

Customs Clearance \& Compliance

  • Manage customs clearance activities in coordination with clearance agents.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi import regulations including

Fasah, Saber, SASO requirements, and Certificates of Conformity (COC)

.

  • Review shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and certificates.

Shipment Coordination

  • Track shipments from supplier dispatch until delivery to warehouse.
  • Resolve logistics issues and minimize delays related to customs or documentation.

Logistics Performance

  • Monitor logistics performance including shipment lead time, clearance time, and delivery efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize logistics cost and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise logistics coordinators responsible for shipment processing and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate shipment records and logistics reporting.

Qualifications \& Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration

.

  • 7–10 years of experience in international logistics or import operations

.

  • Strong experience managing

customs clearance and freight forwarding operations in Saudi Arabia

.

  • Knowledge of

Fasah, Saber, SASO regulations, and import documentation requirements

.

  • Experience working with

ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics

.

  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
