Job Description
Help Support Recovery and Stability
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable
Behavioral Health Associate
to support clients receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment services.
In this role, you will provide direct support, assist with therapeutic programming, monitor client wellbeing, and help maintain a safe and structured environment where individuals can stabilize and work toward recovery.
What You’ll Do
Provide Direct Client Support
- Supervise and support clients in residential or treatment settings
- Assist clients in developing daily living and recovery skills
- Help clients build social and interpersonal skills
Support Behavioral Health Services
- Facilitate structured behavioral health groups
- Assist with crisis intervention and safety planning
- Monitor client behavior, symptoms, and wellbeing
Clinical and Program Support
- Collect vital signs and assist with detox monitoring
- Observe medication self-administration and report concerns
- Assist with screening and intake processes
Maintain a Safe Environment
- Help maintain a clean and safe living space
- Prepare meals and assist with transportation when needed
- Document client services and progress accurately
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of relevant experience working with individuals in behavioral health or human services
- Eligible for
Agency Affiliated Counselor registration
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Food Worker Card
