The Role
The Head of Product, Commercial Platforms \& Digital Experience is the end-to-end owner of the portfolio supporting Heidrick's commercial platforms, relationship-management capabilities, and integrated digital experiences, including the CRM and Search Salesforce estate, accountable for strategy, experience, and commercial impact across client, candidate, consultant, and business development workflows. This position reports to the Vice President of Product.
This role leads the commercial platforms and digital experience ecosystem, including Salesforce-enabled workflows, client and candidate portals and core platform integrations. The Head of Product defines the product vision, sets the roadmap, and ensures delivery of differentiated, scalable experiences across Heidrick's advisory and go-to-market workflows.
Operating at enterprise scale, this role partners with business unit leaders, Consultants, Engineering, Data \& AI, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams. The Head of Product leads the Commercial Platforms \& Digital Experience portfolio, translating priorities into execution while developing Product Managers to drive growth, productivity, relationship intelligence, and client/candidate impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit, commercial, and advisory leaders to consolidate demand into a coherent, multi-year strategy and roadmap for Heidrick's commercial platforms and digital experiences.
- Act as the primary product counterpart for Salesforce-enabled commercial and advisory workflows, ensuring clear prioritization, trade-offs, and visibility to value.
- Shape a compelling product vision for the commercial platforms and digital experience portfolio to deliver differentiated, scalable experiences aligned with firm strategy and consultant workflows.
- Own the end-to-end ecosystem to ensure coherent experiences across consultant workflows, client/candidate portals, Salesforce and related platforms, integrated digital products, and reporting.
- Translate business strategy, consultant needs, commercial priorities, and operational input into a prioritized roadmap that maximizes commercial impact, productivity, and candidate/client experience.
- Govern portfolio-level prioritization and investment decisions to balance innovation, scalability, operational sustainability, and risk.
- Develop robust business cases in partnership with key stakeholders to drive product innovation and impact.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Advisory teams to enable predictable, high-quality delivery.
- Identify market opportunities and internal pain points through research with consultants, clients, candidates, commercial leaders, and platform users.
- Drive convergence and reuse across commercial platform and digital experience capabilities, simplifying the portfolio and improving scalability, margin, consultant efficiency, and client experience.
- Oversee integration of Salesforce, third-party platforms, and related capabilities into a cohesive ecosystem for client, candidate, consultant, and business development workflows.
- Sponsor discovery and validation of new platform capabilities, AI-enabled relationship intelligence, sourcing and matching, and workflow automation to extend Heidrick's market leadership.
- Ensure commercial platforms, Salesforce-enabled workflows, and related digital products meet enterprise standards for data integrity, security, candidate privacy, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with commercial and operations leaders to embed products into service offerings and support effective go-to-market execution.
- Define and monitor portfolio-level success metrics to drive continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and develop senior product talent to build a high-performing, accountable product organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 12\+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership of complex digital portfolios.
- 6\+ years of experience leading product teams, likely in a B2B environment.
- Deep experience in CRM, commercial platforms, digital experience products, talent acquisition technology, recruiting workflows, or adjacent professional services domains.
- Proven success partnering with business functions or practices to rationalize demand and build unified roadmaps in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Technical acumen and proven success delivering enterprise-grade digital products in high-stakes, consultant-facing environments.
- Skilled in translating market research, consultant feedback, client/candidate input, and data-driven insights into impactful product enhancements.
- Experience integrating 3rd party tools and technology into Salesforce, commercial platforms, and digital products for seamless user experiences.
- Strong experience operating within SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks.
- Enterprise-level strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading and coaching senior talent.
- Background in professional services, executive search, recruiting, CRM, commercial platforms, or talent advisory environments.
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Go-to-Market/Advisory teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM/ATS platforms, client/candidate portals, relationship intelligence tools, and talent acquisition technologies.
- Experience with AI-enabled relationship intelligence, sourcing, matching, or workflow automation capabilities.
