Supply Chain Manager

to own and elevate our end‑to‑end supply chain—ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and best‑in‑class service levels as we scale.

What You’ll Lead

Supply Chain \& Inventory Management

  • Build and execute a high‑performance, end‑to‑end supply chain
  • Set inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points, lead times)
  • Monitor and improve KPIs: on‑time delivery, inventory turns, fill rates
  • Drive cost savings, margin improvement, and operational efficiency

Demand Planning \& Replenishment

  • Analyze historical demand and forecast trends
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance service and working capital
  • Reduce slow‑moving and excess inventory
  • Align stocking strategies with customer needs and growth goals

Supplier Strategy \& Procurement

  • Build and manage a portfolio of third‑party suppliers
  • Develop sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and lead time
  • Implement second‑source strategies to reduce supply risk
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and performance expectations
  • Evaluate and onboard new suppliers

Performance, Systems \& Analytics

  • Track and report on key supply chain metrics
  • Leverage ERP tools (SAP Business One experience is a plus)
  • Use dashboards and data to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Operations
  • Support company‑wide growth initiatives and process improvements
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels with clear communication and strong business acumen

🎯

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 5–10\+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations leadership
  • Background in industrial distribution or manufacturing is a plus
  • Proven success in scaling operations, optimizing inventory, and improving margins
  • Strong analytical skills and systems fluency (Excel, reporting tools, ERP)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for operational excellence
