Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or another business-related field
- 6\+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience with exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry, experience with technology recruiting and managing intern hiring is a plus
- Demonstrated experience to effectively assess candidate resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
- Experience recruiting across the Technology spectrum including full stack, frontend and backend engineers, devops, corporate technology and product backgrounds, data science and quant experience
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Effectively assess a candidates resume and conduct screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter
