Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to plan and implement individualized treatment programs in home health settings.

• Evaluate clients' speech, swallowing, and cognitive functions; develop and adjust therapy goals accordingly.
• Provide treatment, education, and support to clients, families, and team members; assess and instruct on adaptive equipment use.
• Coordinate care with other health professionals, document progress accurately, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage caseload, participate in staff training, and utilize agency software for documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology, two years of experience, CCC certification or in progress, current CPR, reliable transportation, and physical ability to perform duties.

Compensation \& Benefits:

$85,000-$95,000/year, with 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance.

Work Environment:

Home visits with variable conditions, requiring travel and adaptability.
