System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Integrate hardware and software to create a system that performs well according to the Bank's needs.
• Manage documentation of technical guidelines and implementation within the scope of the system engineer.
• Conduct PoCs and deploy them to the production environment.
• Periodically patch and update the Bank's IT system.
• Ensure the Bank's IT system runs properly in accordance with the SLA.
• Ensure the Bank's IT system is secure in accordance with the agreement with IT Security.
• Follow up on user complaints and provide solutions at the IT system level.
• Participate in monitoring and capacity planning of the IT system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Informatics Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Knowledge and ability to operate operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange.
• Understanding of patch management.
• Deep understanding of user access management and segregation of duties.
