About you
We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative and tenacious Junior Designer to join our team and help us in solving complex creative and strategic challenges for our clients. The ideal fit for this role is:

We’re a small agency of people who genuinely enjoy working with each other. You’ll get to be involved in all sorts of different projects—no project is ever too big or too small. We run a flat structure made up of lean teams and you’ll be very much a part of that. There is plenty of opportunity to learn and expand your skill set with each project and grow within the agency.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to…
- Supporting members of the design and strategy teams to conceptualize, design, build and extend successful brand experiences.
- Helping to craft identities from concept all the way through to execution (brand guidelines, templates, presentation design, websites, campaigns, brand activation, events and more).
- Helping to establish new visual design concepts and languages or working within and evolving existing ones.
- Approaching design problems strategically and conceptually, with a constant desire to push the limits.
- Ability to articulate your ideas and design decisions in relation to the brief.
- Maintaining a deep awareness of the design landscape both historically and current and future trends.
- Bringing fresh perspectives and bold ideas which push us daily.
Your experience
- 0-3 years of design agency experience (preferably in small to mid-size shops) working on strategic identity, print, digital and experience projects.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Animation skills are a plus but not required. Must have the willingness to learn new programs as the landscape evolves.
- An understanding of grid systems, composition and color, with a keen eye for typography and meticulous attention to detail.
- The eye of a photographer with the mind of an art director.
- A passion for clean, functional and purposeful design.

Compensation
: $55,000-65,000 depending on experience.
