Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to join the team. This is a remote opportunity ideal for entry level candidates or professionals looking to transition into a Business Analyst role. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements and support business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Assist in creating user stories, process flows, and business requirement documents (BRDs)
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support business decisions
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate requirements and ensure quality deliverables
- Help identify process improvement opportunities
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
