Client Portfolio Management Analyst

Company Overview:

An independent advisory firm based in New York City manages approximately $26 billion in assets, providing financial advice and portfolio management to U.S.-based families and charitable institutions. They are seeking an Analyst to join their Client Portfolio Management Team to support portfolio construction and client decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and actively monitor client wealth systems, including asset allocation, performance, and liquidity
• Organize, maintain, and synthesize client information and data for portfolio oversight
• Coordinate client workflows and partner with internal teams across reporting, investments, and operations
• Contribute to new business initiatives through prospect research and preparation of materials

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of professional experience with the ability to manage and synthesize complex information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Salary:

$105,000 – $115,000, Plus Bonus
